H2Y is the product of 2020 pandemic lock down. It was such an intensity moment full of fears and worries. Scared to get drown by the darkness, Tika, spent hours, 5 days a week in the heated studio. Battling her own demon. After she put together the perfect sequence that worked well together, she branded the practice and called it H2Y, stands for HIIT Hot Yoga. H2Y has helped her and her quarantine Ohana to stay level throughout the uncertainty of 2020. It is beyond the physical and mental practice, it allows us to tap into our deep spiritual existence. It was born to overcome the struggle, to meet eye to eye with the intensity. It has becoming the tool throughout the pandemic.
When the lock down was lifted in June Tika started to introduce the practice to the community.
