Gong bath with Dot this full moon 🌕
💫Thursday, September 28th
💫7.30pm-8.30pm
💫$25
On September 28th, 11.57pm we will have the peak of harvest full moon in Aries. This fire element sign is here to burn away any impurities, unnecessary energy that drains us out of our purpose. Think of harvest full moon as “we reap what we sow.” Remember what kind of seed we planted during the new moon? What kind of energy, attention and practices we have been putting into the universe?
Let’s come back to the journey of meditation using sound to explore the energy field we are experiencing.
Sound and gong bath is meant to soften our nervous system by releasing tension and stress within our system.
Join us this full moon. Bring a padding/ mat, pillow and blanket. Eye mask is recommended. Water to wash away the toxins.
Sign up online. Event is final.
Inviting you in to the depths of your inner temple.
To Reclaim your Light, your purity, your innocence held within your sacred womb, so you may amplify and radiate from your grounded essence.
What radiates from you is the over flow of your life force, your divine will, your love.
Your God•des•sence.
This is about your inner sensual fulfillment, running your life force energy, clearing the exhaustion, the shame, not worthy, not belonging, the reasons we hide from our fullest expression and sharing of who we truly came here to be.
It is not to practice externalization, seeking for attention from outside of self to fill ourself up.
This offering is Truly about your relationship with your sensual intelligence.
It is to remember the power of running your innate life force through you, as a complete system.
The true meaning of what it is to be a wombyn!
There has been many distortions and shadows cast to keep information hidden because of the “quantum leap” power it has to shift our reality.
Flow and movement free our spinal column to move as designed to access our akashic memory to create.
Shame lives where your body is tight.
Fear of sensual expression lives where your body is tight.
Oppression of your life force energy lives where your body is tight.
We have become rigid, we have become stuck… repeating loops and patterns.
I’m complete. Are you?
I do not consent. Do You?
It’s time to move the rubble, the muck, sifting thru to clear out illusion and surface the truth.
To access the hidden information we must move through the shame and the weighted beliefs around opening up to our natural way of moving our life force energy through our body.
When we release the density only then can we receive the wisdom hidden within.
I remember what has been hidden, the Sphinx and the Serpent was whispered to me…
It is time for us to access the hidden mysteries that have laid dormant in the depths of our wisdom center, the womb.
This ceremony is a guided experience for you to remember the intelligence you forgot you know.
Kelly Sears has called Moku O Keawe (Big Island of Hawaii) home for over a decade now. She originally studied western medicine, preparing for a career in nursing. After a rapid series of deaths in her family she found great support in a group of holistic women practitioners. They introduced her to a new world of wellness and mysticism from which she was inspired to shift her focus to alternative healing. She experienced this resonance with holistic modalities as her internal compass guided her home--back to her true self, and she delved into the study of natural living, intuitive development, shamanic studies, goddess teachings, shadow work, balancing of masculine and feminine energies, metaphysics, plant medicine, Mū Culture, animal communication and how the emotional, mental and physical constructs align with it all. Through integration Kelly has healed layers of grief, depression, co-dependency, eating disorders, limited perspectives, anxiety, panic, and fear. This path has led her to create vibrational spaces to empower others to feel safe and embody their own personal mastery--to help inspire them to be free in the same way she now is, living life in a more present state of being, with joy. Her service has become to help others navigate their journey home. To develop the tools to become their own leader of this navigation. Kelly does this as a ceremonialist through private and group experiences.

Before we get into the text book facts about the benefit of infrared hot yoga, I want to share my personal experience. I have been practicing infrared hot vinyasa for about 12 years and teaching it for a decade. I LOVE many varieties of yoga, but If I have to choose one style, I would choose Infrared hot Vinyasa/ H2Y as my practice. The heavy sweat, intensity and fire breathing techniques are what I need to fully surrender in the end. I have a lot to burn and without the heat, I dont feel the complete release. Each time I experienced a deep, sweaty hot yoga session, I walked out of the classroom feeling lighter, sharper and more solid. I feel like I lost so much of my water weight and toxins, feeling cleansed and detoxified. At the peak of the intensity is where my most inspirations usually come through. My spirit loves the burn.
The third of Patanjali's Niyamas is 'Tapas' which translates many things to many people. The word Tapas comes from the root Sanskrit 'tap' which means to burn, represents fire or heat, in a sense of 'fiery discipline' or 'passion'. Its purpose is to burn away impurities and cleanses the soul. Our tapas are the most purposeful when we are hanging by a thread. It is at the most challenging moments that we need to utilize our inner fire to keep going. This is what hot yoga practice is representing, a deep practice to stoke our inner fire.
I invite you to try our hot classes and let you be the observer of your own experience. You might stumble upon what you've been searching for.
