“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” Nikola Tesla.
Aside from simply laying down in stillness, journeying through during our meditation, soundbath or sound healing affects not only energetically but also physiologically. The resonance of the sound creates the vibration that can reshape, organize and aligned our cells in molecular levels. This is where we are tuning our frequency.
Allow the sound and vibration to release the pressure, stress and tension so we can live with more ease and lightness.
Bring a mat/ padding, pillow, blanket, eye mask and water. Sign up in advance. Event is final. Space is limited.

Before we get into the text book facts about the benefit of infrared hot yoga, I want to share my personal experience. I have been practicing infrared hot vinyasa for about 12 years and teaching it for a decade. I LOVE many varieties of yoga, but If I have to choose one style, I would choose Infrared hot Vinyasa/ H2Y as my practice. The heavy sweat, intensity and fire breathing techniques are what I need to fully surrender in the end. I have a lot to burn and without the heat, I dont feel the complete release. Each time I experienced a deep, sweaty hot yoga session, I walked out of the classroom feeling lighter, sharper and more solid. I feel like I lost so much of my water weight and toxins, feeling cleansed and detoxified. At the peak of the intensity is where my most inspirations usually come through. My spirit loves the burn.
The third of Patanjali's Niyamas is 'Tapas' which translates many things to many people. The word Tapas comes from the root Sanskrit 'tap' which means to burn, represents fire or heat, in a sense of 'fiery discipline' or 'passion'. Its purpose is to burn away impurities and cleanses the soul. Our tapas are the most purposeful when we are hanging by a thread. It is at the most challenging moments that we need to utilize our inner fire to keep going. This is what hot yoga practice is representing, a deep practice to stoke our inner fire.
I invite you to try our hot classes and let you be the observer of your own experience. You might stumble upon what you've been searching for.
