YOGA LOVE POLICY
Packages and memberships are expire at the time they were initially purchased on the date (So if you want to use your package on the day of expiration, make sure to use it before the time you bought your package).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges. No transfers. No refunds. Each package/ membership is individual (not shareable). ALL EVENTS ARE FINAL, NO CANCELLATION. Only registrations made with a membership or package can be cancelled by client.
All BASIC PACKAGES and DROP IN have expiration date after PURCHASE and all MONTHLY PACKAGES and KAMA'AINA SPECIAL have expiration date after FIRST USE. Please read each description carefully before you buy. Choose the package/ membership that fits your schedule.
'Kamaaina Special' package and Intro package ARE STRICTLY FOR HAWAII RESIDENTS WITH ID. Please only choose this package if you can show your Hawaii ID. Other documents acceptable; proof of resident; rental agreement, work contract, etc. Email any of these documents before you come to class at info@yogalovehi.com.
No roll over session on monthly packages.
Auto renew unlimited membership:
Monthly auto renew must commit to 2 months after purchase before terminating contract. 3 months membership must commit for 3 months before terminating contract.
Contract auto renew every month.
EARLY TERMINATION FEES APPLY; $100 for 3-month contract.
CONTRACT CAN NOT BE PUT ON HOLD FOR ANY REASON.
PLEASE LIMIT TO 2 CLASSES PER DAY TO GIVE OTHER PRACTITIONERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTICE AS OUR SPACE IS LIMITED.
CANCELLATION POLICY IS 4 HOURS BEFORE CLASS TIME.
NO SHOW POLICY: FINAL ON DROP IN rate/ NO EXCHANGES. No show fee is $15/class (For unlimited memberships) or a session out of your package.
The ONLY way to terminate contract is through writing via email, 14 DAYS before the next billing cycle. LESS THAN 14 DAYS TERMINATION NOTICE WILL GO TO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE. Email: info@yogalovehi.com
ALL PACKAGES AND MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE CHARGED GE TAX (4.5%) AND CREDIT CARD FEE (3.4%) DURING CHECK OUT.
Waitlist cut off time is 45 minutes. Please take yourself off out of waitlist if you change your mind or you will be added to the roster. ONCE YOU'RE IN THE ROSTER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLASS PAYMENT. After 45 minutes we will personally contact you if there is a space opening up.

RENTAL MAT AND TOWEL IS AVAILABLE FOR $2 EACH. WE HAVE WATER, COCONUT WATER AND ELECTROLYTES FOR PURCHASE AT THE STUDIO.

Respect others and the studio by practicing proper etiquette. No distraction during class, so put away your phone, better yet leave it in your car. Practice disconnect to reconnect. No bags/ clutter around the practice room, put away your stuff on the back room or in your car.
