75 minutes class designed to help you release tension and reduce stress. With a focus on grounding, therapeutic movements, as well as proven breath work and meditation techniques. This practice activates the body's innate healing powers and soften the nervous system. Surrender your burdens and enjoy the peaceful pace of restorative yin, with yoga sleep and sound bowl to end the class. This special event is held 2 Sundays out of the month.
