Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. This 60 minutes class is performed in a heated room with energetic music, Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels and is loved by men and women as a compliment to Hot Yoga! Inferno Plus+ classes incorporate weights and resistance bands.
Buddhi is a Sanskrit term derived from the root, budh, which means "to know" or "to be awake." Therefore, buddhi refers to intellect, wisdom and the power of the mind to understand, analyze, discriminate and decide. Buddhi practice is a combination of yoga, dance and movement, with the intention to awaken the hidden gem within. This practice will leave you feeling awaken, free and uplifting. Choose between 90 or 60 minutes full of high energy practice.
60 minutes class designed to help you release tension and reduce stress. With a focus on grounding, therapeutic movements, as well as proven breath work and meditation techniques. This practice activates the body's innate healing powers and soften the nervous system. Surrender your burdens and enjoy the peaceful pace of restorative yin. This class is non heated.
Slower flow plus restorative yin in the end. Will leave you feeling nourished, relax and restored. Lightly heated. The infrared heat will help loosen up the tight muscles and bring more flexibility into the body and mind. Perfect start for new practitioners before trying hot vinyasa classes.
This Popular class is our community favorite. It is a low impact sculpting class using light weight, bands, Pilates ball, and yoga blocks. A strengthening yet help release major blockages in the body.
